Personalized Items

Please make your color and font selections carefully – once items are personalized they cannot be returned. We have provided very clear instructions on the order of monogram initials; therefore we are not responsible for monogramming in the wrong order unless it is an error on our part. In the event we make a mistake, we will gladly send a replacement as soon as possible at no cost to you. Certain products can only be monogrammed with certain fonts, and names longer than 10 letters in length may not fit on particular products in larger fonts. In the event the name and font you select do not work on the product ordered, we will make every attempt to contact you. If you do not respond to our correspondence, we reserve the right to substitute the most popular font for your product.

Delivery and Shipping

Most of our products ship via Fed Ex or Priority Shipping within 7-10 business days after payment is processed unless otherwise specified in the product listing. Rush shipping (overnight or 2 day delivery) may available for an additional fee. A limited number of items on our site require longer ship times or additional shipping fees, but they are noted on our site in the individual product descriptions. We offer some products that ship directly from the vendor, so your order may arrive in multiple packages.

Shipping within the United States is calculated on value, unless otherwise specified. The price for shipping your order is calculated automatically in the shopping cart upon check out. Additional shipping fees will apply to all orders mailed to addresses outside the United States.

We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to an address provided that is incorrect. Please confirm that you have entered the correct shipping information during check out. We are unable to ship to post office boxes at this time.

Local pickup is available for those living in Southeastern Michigan.

Rush Orders

Please email us at orders@quinnessentials.net prior to placing a “Rush” order. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs, and we reserve the right to apply an additional charge to all “Rush” orders. Overnight or 2nd day mail may be required to ensure receipt of “Rush” orders, in which case expedited shipping fees will apply. We cannot guarantee delivery once your package has left our hands.


Payment is due upon receipt of all orders.
Your personal information is never shared or sold to third parties.
Transactions on quinnessentials.net may be paid for using Paypal or Authorize Net. We are not responsible for the security of any information provided to Paypal or AuthorizeNet, or for mistakes made by either related to payments using our website. QuinnEssentials disclaims any liability for disclosure of data due to errors in transmission by Paypal.

Sales Tax

QuinnEssnetials charges a sales tax of 6% on all Michigan orders.

Gift Wrap/Personalized Gift Cards

We are pleased to offer gift wrap services, along with personalized gift cards, for an additional nominal fee. When placing your order, please indicate that you would like gift wrapping. If you would also like a personalized gift card, please specify the particular occasion, the recipient’s name, and any other personal message you’d like to include. We offer direct shipment of gifts to recipients as well.

Cancellation of Orders

We are unable to accept cancellations of orders that have already been put into production. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at orders@quinnessentials.net. We will check to see where your order is in production, and will gladly cancel your order and provide a refund if it has not been started.


Personalized Items -- All personalized items are non-refundable. Please make your color, and font selections carefully – once items are personalized or monogrammed they cannot be returned. If you recognize a problem after submitting your order, please contact us immediately at orders@quinnessentials.net. We will make every effort to correct the error if your order has not been completed.

If your order contains an error that is a fault of ours, we will happily repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

Defects -- If you discover a defect in your merchandise within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at orders@quinnessentials.net. to discuss replacement or repair of the item.

Sale and Clearance Items -- All sale and clearance items are final sale and are not returnable.

Non-Personalized Items – We only accept returns for unused, new products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at orders@quinnessentials.net to request a return authorization number which should be included on your return package. We reserve the right to refuse all returns shipped without a return authorization number. We will not refund the original cost of shipping or the cost of shipping the return item to us.

QuinnEssentials reserves the right to abide by the terms and conditions of outside vendors


We appreciate our customers very much, and we want you to be the first to know about our sales, promotions and new product offerings.
